Promotional Terms and Conditions

1.  Promoter

This promotion is run by Healthcare by Douglas Limited (NZBN 9429052706028) of Central Park Drive, Henderson, Auckland (HBD, we or us). HBD operates the Cadence brand and the website at www.cadencewellbeing.com (Website).

2.  Promotion Overview

During the Promotional Period, customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive one free electric whisk (RRP NZ$30) (Free Gift), subject to these terms and conditions and while stocks last. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3.  Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 6:00 pm NZST on 9 April 2026 until 11:59 pm NZST on 23 April 2026 (Promotional Period). Orders placed outside of these times are not eligible. HBD reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotional Period at its discretion by updating these terms on the Website.

4.  Eligibility

To be eligible for the Free Gift, you must:

1.    place an order for a minimum of two Cadence products in a single transaction, that

a)     occurs on the Website during the Promotional Period;

b)     has a delivery address to an address in New Zealand or Australia; and

2.    complete payment in full for the above order.

Orders that are incomplete, cancelled, refunded, or amended to such that the purchase no longer meets the requirements of a Qualifying Purchase, before dispatch will not qualify as a part of this promotion and will not receive the Free Gift.

5.  How the Free Gift Is Delivered

When a qualifying order is placed on the Website, the Free Gift will be automatically added to your cart at checkout at no charge.

The Free Gift will be dispatched together with your order. No separate redemption, code, or claim form is required.

The Free Gift is limited to one electric whisk per transaction, regardless of the number of products purchased in that transaction.

6.  While Stocks Last

The Free Gift is available while stocks last. If stock is exhausted, the Free Gift will no longer be added to eligible orders and the promotion will end automatically at that point (which may be before the end of the Promotional Period). In such a situation, no substitute gift will be offered where the Free Gift is unavailable.

7.  Free Gift Conditions

The Free Gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash or credit.

The Free Gift is provided as a gift with purchase, and unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act, is not subject to replacement, refund or repair.

Where you return all or part of a qualifying order and, following that return, the order would no longer satisfy the requirements of a Qualifying Purchase, you will not be entitled to retain the Free Gift. The Free Gift must be returned together with the relevant products. If it is not, HBD may recover the RRP value of the Free Gift by deducting that amount from your refund.

8.  Consumer Law Rights

New Zealand customers: Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.

Australian customers: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.  General

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the HBD, HBD reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law: (a) amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. Any such changes will be notified on the Website.

HBD’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Australian customers may also have rights under applicable Australian law.

HBD collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Participation with the Promotion is conditional on providing this information which will be handled in accordance with the Cadence’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.cadencewellbeing.com/policies/privacy-policy. You can request access and correction of their personal information by contacting hello@cadencewellbeing.com.

If you have consented (opted-in) to receive electronic commercial messages from HBD, the HBD may, for an indefinite period, unless and until otherwise advised by an you to the contrary (e.g. through the use of an unsubscribe facility), use the your personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic commercial messages (e.g. email, SMS, MMS and IM) or telephoning the Entrant.
