Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For New Zealand customers please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
For Australian orders please allow 4-8 working days for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand for orders over $50. For orders under $50, our shipping cost is $5.20.

For Australian orders shipping is $12.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

At the moment, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Sustainability

Are your shipping boxes sustainable?

Our shipping boxes use FSC certified material including a minimum of 70% recycled content from responsible sources. Find out more about FSC here https://fsc.org/en

Can I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change my order?

We do not accept exchanges but if you have purchased the wrong item please process a return and repurchase the correct item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
