Directions for use

Is Grateful Guts suitable for long-term use?

It is suitable to use long-term, however most people find short term use is enough to get the gut back in balance.

How long before I notice results?

If you are looking for immediate support with feeling overfull, bloated or uncomfortable, it will help soothe the gut within the hour.  Daily use is needed to gradually support gut health and refreshing the gut microbiome. You might notice healthy bowel movements in days. 

Can Grateful Guts help with bloating after meals?

Yes! Ginger and Chamomile help ease bloating and promote comfortable digestion.

Why doesn’t Grateful Guts fully dissolve?

This is due to the high content of Slippery Elm, which is rich in a natural fibre called mucilage. When mixed with water, the mucilage absorbs water and swells into a gel-like texture. This mucilage soothes the gut and feeds our gut bacteria, so give it a good stir and enjoy the benefits. 

Is Grateful Guts suitable for sensitive stomachs?

Yes. Ingredients like Chamomile and Slippery Elm are gentle and soothing, making it suitable for sensitive digestive systems. One exceptions is if you have any allergies to the daisy family, as Chamomile in this group.
